Fergus Mills of the Koalition writes: March looks to be one the best gaming months ever for a Q1 time period. Final Fantasy XIII and God of War III obviously lead the pack as the two most anticipated games coming out, but when it is all said and done, people have the tendency to look at NPD numbers instead of quality to determine who really held it down in terms of hype and what games flopped. With that being said, when the March NPD's are released, God of War III with be at the top of the list in the number 1 position above either Final Fantasy XIII release, Pokemon Heart Silver, and Pokemon Heart Gold.
