Speaking to the latest issue of OXM on the topic of plot twists, turns and cliffhangers, head of franchise development Osarki Hakkinen said, "The pieces will start to fall together." "The first episode is The Signal and shortly after that we'll follow with The Writer and if there's one thing we can promise it's by the end of The Writer you'll definitely know where we're going to go with Alan Wake."

X360A: Although Need For Speed got praised to the high heavens by ourselves at E3 this year, I did say Id be more interested in seeing what Need For Speed has classically done best - street races with cop involvement - in its new form. Ask and ye shall receive would be about right, as one of Criterions focuses at Gamescom this year was exactly that: 6 players, one track, lots of shortcuts, lots of cops and some high octane street racing. Beautiful stuff.

Ubisoft today announced a brand new multiplayer shooter based on Valve's source engine. The game will be a downloadable title for Xbox LIVE Arcade, Playstation Network and Steam. Bloody Good Time is a new IP and "takes a new and irreverent approach to multiplayer shooters" according to Ubi.
